American cranberry 30g butter 250g
Cake powder 250g, eggs 250g
Sugar 200g cherry liqueur 20g
Baking powder 3 g
1. Add cherry liqueur to dried cranberries.
2. Fold dried cranberries into pound cake ingredients.
3. Arrange the cranberry pound cake ingredients in a piping bag two-thirds of the way through the foil baking liners.
4.Bake in 190c oven for 15 minutes.
5.Top pound cake with dried cranberries soaked in cherry wine.
6. Sift the top of the pound cake with powdered sugar.
